Cassius Byrne didn't quite understand what happened when in the 27 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Hurşit Üke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Peter Enegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Peter Enegren tried to chip the ball over his head.
