Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 2 minutes, Hernan Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Consejo del Mate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Quinton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Consejo del Mate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Bidun to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Bolo Bolaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Consejo del Mate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Vicente Santana tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bolo Bolaño in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Vicente Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 28th minute Bolo Bolaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Freddy Bidun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Bolo Bolaño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Consejo del Mate's Vicente Santana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Hernan Quinton got a throw-in 46 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Vicente Santana. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bolo Bolaño came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bolo Bolaño to strike the kick off in the second half. Peyo Fonelleda took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Tomas Illescas charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Illescas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bolo Bolaño in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Javier Betadur. But to his dismay, Javier Betadur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Bolo Bolaño put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Julio Kemen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyo Fonelleda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Aquiles Cordero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 85th minute of play. The Consejo del Mate fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Consejo del Mate had played much better football throughout.
