Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes, Qjos MiLLano's Erik Vale shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Qjos MiLLano reached it. Ştefan Bobeica's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Qjos MiLLano were awarded a corner. Erik Vale went to the cornerflag to take it. Qjos MiLLano's Zé Augusto Carneiro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lautaro Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Zé Augusto Carneiro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. In the 21st minute of the game Ivan Navarro made a throw-in which Milagros Cabal played forward. Qjos MiLLano's Dário Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Qjos MiLLano booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Erik Vale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ştefan Bobeica's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dário Neiva came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmundo Espiga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe van Basten, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ştefan Bobeica to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ştefan Bobeica in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Ştefan Bobeica tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dário Neiva saved Qjos MiLLano from getting behind. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Felipe van Basten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Bobeica came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Qjos MiLLano getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Osman Ali Fidan hit a great ball. When Ştefan Bobeica came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Qjos MiLLano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ştefan Bobeica couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Ştefan Bobeica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Ştefan Bobeica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ştefan Bobeica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Qjos MiLLano's supporters rose to their feet, but Ştefan Bobeica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Erik Vale.
