Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. Nemesio Tximitx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s attentive Leon Acevedo managed to snatch the ball when Luis Cazalla made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. If Nemesio Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. When Ofri Villig fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s protests and gave Ofri Villig a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ofri Villig. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Manuel Cruz in the 24th minute of the match. If Nemesio Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Juan Manuel Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Nemesio Tximitx dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Manuel Cruz to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Tximitx in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Jonas Isauro got a free kick in the 56th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Nemesio Tximitx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Tximitx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Fernando Bot was substituted for Aaron Min. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Serafin Cesaro in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Cleto Onbera was substituted for Leon Acevedo. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Luis Cazalla advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-1 in the 69th minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Bot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt-Arne Åberg in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
