Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dietrich Beuschlein went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Frederick Böhmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 9th minute of the match. Frederick Böhmer had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Mariano Lacasa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Mariano Lacasa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Frederick Böhmer quite easily take care of the ball. Frederick Böhmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 41st minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Karsten Dettke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TSV Trudering and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karsten Dettke kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Chile were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frederick Böhmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute. With splendid footwork Mariano Lacasa arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 55th minute. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederick Böhmer. Frederick Böhmer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederick Böhmer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christof Seubert in the 69th minute of play. Frederick Böhmer made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, TSV Trudering's goalkeeper Frederick Böhmer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Mariano Lacasa in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Frederick Böhmer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. TSV Trudering's Pascal Busch was substituted for Dietrich Beuschlein. Gerardo Pozo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Fontirroig. With a little luck, TSV Trudering's Frederick Böhmer got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederick Böhmer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
