Jalmari Mikkonen didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when USA's Cassius Byrne shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jalmari Mikkonen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Jalmari Mikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monty Rogers didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Jenson Smith in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Franco Vázquez. Ali Nurettin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Jalmari Mikkonen came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Khalid Parry. But to his dismay, Khalid Parry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Isac Zub suffered a sore foot after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Diego Bradley fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored USA's protests and gave Diego Bradley a yellow card for diving instead. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Emanuel Herlea was substituted for Isac Zub. In the 92nd minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jalmari Mikkonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Campbell came free, but Jalmari Mikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pinner Cluj-Napoca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
