Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Melquiades Sendoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 7 minutes into the match, Lanegan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Melquiades Sendoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Refugio might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Refugio ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Honduras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lanegan FC:s goal. The referee gave Lanegan FC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ruperto Refugio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. 1-1. Lanegan FC's Melquiades Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of play. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Melquiades Sendoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Lanegan FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Honduras:s goal. Melquiades Sendoa had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Edmundo Espiga's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Melquiades Sendoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Lanegan FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Abelardo Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lanegan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Brais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Refugio's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lanegan FC's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Sendoa came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abelardo Brais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Villa to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Lanegan FC's Abelardo Brais nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Abelardo Brais tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narciso Millrick's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Millrick helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Lanegan FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Millrick. Lanegan FC's Melquiades Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 63rd minute of play. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Sendoa having to interfere. Jonathan Curcio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Jonathan Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 97th minute Narciso Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lanegan FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Honduras's much stronger midfield.
