In the 13thth minute of the game Fabien Canu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL FORTIN's Armando Fero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Yazid Larnicol fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lunar Park's protests and gave Yazid Larnicol a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lunar Park's Yazid Larnicol got a free kick in the 16th minute. Fabien Canu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Lunar Park's Fabien Canu in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EL FORTIN's goalie prevented a goal. Cedric Van Langhendoncx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heigo Hirv in the 31st minute of the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Ernesto Chinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunar Park's Cedric Van Langhendoncx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lunar Park were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after EL FORTIN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Taillade took the corner.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabien Canu to make the kick off. A nice corner shot did that Claude Ciron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armando Fero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabien Canu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabien Canu might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Fero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabien Canu ran back to his position shaking his head. Gilberto van Beek charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto van Beek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. EL FORTIN's Armando Fero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabien Canu in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the EL FORTIN defense, Fabien Canu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Fero. The EL FORTIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Fero should have stopped the shot. Armando Fero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabien Canu in the 76th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabien Canu got free with Armando Fero in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Bartolo Otsoa made a precise shot to the right of Cedric Van Langhendoncx. Lunar Park's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 86th minute Ernesto Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedric Van Langhendoncx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cedric Van Langhendoncx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Chinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Lunar Park's Fabien Canu in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EL FORTIN's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of EL FORTIN booed when Lunar Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Taillade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cedric Van Langhendoncx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Otsoa in the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lunar Park walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
