Emmanuel Reyes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Peru's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Aziz Akarsu scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Noboa, making the score, 1-0. The throw-in from Mario Hever in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Ismael Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play. Ismael Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emmanuel Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo Mukenio's Ismael Gimenez. Ismael Gimenez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aziz Akarsu made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismael Gimenez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mario Hever made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Ismael Gimenez in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ismael Gimenez made a huge save. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Akarsu in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Ismael Gimenez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo.
