Dan Bergstedt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Jämjö IFK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Olof Wennerström hit a great ball. Saint Jean Pierre's late challenge caught a Jämjö IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saint Jean Pierre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saint Jean Pierre to maneuver through the defense. Pelle Flinck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Pelle Flinck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Pelle Flinck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Alphonse's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Dan Bergstedt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saint Jean Pierre was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Philippe Ambroise stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gesner Philippe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 54 minutes into the match, Pelle Flinck dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noel Seide, 1-1. In the 59th minute of the game Ludwig Waller made a throw-in which Claes Lindholm played forward. With an all-out effort, Jämjö IFK's Noel Seide threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pelle Flinck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Philippe Ambroise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dan Bergstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Pelle Flinck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Pelle Flinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernso Constant in the 74th minute of play forced Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Pelle Flinck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noel Seide was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Robin Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Noel Seide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jämjö IFK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
