Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when James Retes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Panama were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after INGOBERNABLE F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Miguel Miralles heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Abraham Alguacil hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Lavalle Cotorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INGOBERNABLE F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lavalle Cotorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of INGOBERNABLE F.C booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 19th minute of play forced INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper José Francisco Cevallos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Retes in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lavalle Cotorro in the 24th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. James Retes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Francisco Cevallos came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Abraham Alguacil came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and José Francisco Cevallos could save by the left post. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Esteban during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of INGOBERNABLE F.C booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Francisco Cevallos. INGOBERNABLE F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in INGOBERNABLE F.C's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Francisco Cevallos came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 55th minute of play forced INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper José Francisco Cevallos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Miralles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Francisco Cevallos having to interfere. José Francisco Cevallos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, INGOBERNABLE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Francisco Cevallos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Francisco Cevallos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. José Francisco Cevallos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Francisco Cevallos was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Clemente Esteban kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Miralles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Francisco Cevallos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Luyando during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, INGOBERNABLE F.C's Santiago Luyando got a free kick in the 89th minute. José Francisco Cevallos came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Panama walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
