Bruno Barrett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Reynardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Isidro Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Stanley Wallace came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Curacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanley Wallace couldn't finish the play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Reynardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Granville booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Leonardo Reynardo made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Reynardo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Indalecio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The penalty shot was made by Nicanor Innocenzio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. 5-0. There was no doubt that Granville were the better team. Granville's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
