After 92 played minutes, Colombia's Kevin Mastache shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuel Santos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colombia reached it. The throw-in from Luis Cazalla in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Società Sport Osasco's João Andrade. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilvan Maranhense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 4-3 in the 94 minute of play.
