In the 25th minute Songurbey Aksungur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Ahmet Ali Salih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Süleyman Yiğitoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cristian Sancho had several of the Kırşehirspor's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristian Sancho in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Gafur Elmastaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ali Salih in the 76th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kırşehirspor's goalkeeper Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Ali Salih struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kırşehirspor. 82 minutes into the match, Kırşehirspor's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ali Cafer İrfanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Songurbey Aksungur notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute Kırşehirspor were awarded a corner. After taking down the ball on Kırşehirspor's corner Aycan Tanyıldız fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Ahmet Ali Salih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
