Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victorio Oliverio kicked off to start the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after LiBeRiA F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Perrando Martínez Lamas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Anselmo Toro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, LiBeRiA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Perrando Martínez Lamas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. Perrando Martínez Lamas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of the match. Anselmo Toro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. LiBeRiA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perrando Martínez Lamas having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Anselmo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Montes hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Perrando Martínez Lamas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho scored 1-2 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of LiBeRiA F.C. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mei Zhi Jian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Perrando Martínez Lamas in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Oliverio in the 62nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Perrando Martínez Lamas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Mei Zhi Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Toro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Perrando Martínez Lamas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Toro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After having played for 85 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Perrando Martínez Lamas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perrando Martínez Lamas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Nemesio Lauro got a free kick in the 94th minute. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target.
