Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ali Nejat Özsungur got the match started through his kick off. Anselmo Jaen hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlyas Orgun in the 19th minute of play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Nejat Özsungur's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheng Qiang. Cheng Qiang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 30 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cheng Qiang was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 37 minutes in the game, Daniel Zorita fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cheng Qiang having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Nejat Özsungur in the 38th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 42nd minute Ali Nejat Özsungur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Cheng Qiang made a huge save. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Cheng Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Cheng Qiang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Nejat Özsungur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Nejat Özsungur got free with Julio Vera in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, team pollen's Ali Nejat Özsungur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Rafa Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. team pollen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafa Figueiredo in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Fredrik Aalvik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nacho Zafirov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched team pollen eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
