Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Hanselmann. After 5th play minutes Tytus Kuszczak shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. If Tytus Kuszczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. 14 minutes into the game, Patrick Hanselmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Patrick Hanselmann came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Fc Pawonków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Hanselmann couldn't finish the play. Tytus Kuszczak was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Fc Pawonków's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Hanselmann in the 31st minute. Tytus Kuszczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tytus Kuszczak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Hanselmann in the 39th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Tytus Kuszczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tytus Kuszczak to make the kick off. Tytus Kuszczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Hanselmann in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Rai Sobrevilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Tytus Kuszczak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tytus Kuszczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 59 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Hanselmann came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Hanselmann in the 62nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Kuszczak in the 68th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Olejasz in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Radoslaw Olejasz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radoslaw Olejasz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Fc Pawonków's Edmund Laskowski was substituted for Tytus Kuszczak. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radoslaw Olejasz's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Olejasz in the 83rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Radoslaw Olejasz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Edmund Laskowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Pawonków fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Radoslaw Olejasz struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Pawonków. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fc Pawonków fully deserved thier win.
