USA were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Jacob May heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. USA's Monty Rogers got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Ponce in the 18th minute of play. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hipolito Igon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Igon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassius Byrne went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Ponce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Navarro in the 33rd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Navarro in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cauan Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Generoso Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Turi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Sam Campbell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of USA booed when ℬяїsтоl ℭiтџ ★ɓy ℳᾳxjgb★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Bartolome didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Khalid Parry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hipolito Igon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
