Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Jaszcz in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Valentin Negroni sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Metapalo FC from getting a goal against them. Camilo Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The throw-in from Stelian Orescu in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Roni Arisandy's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Joaquin Gayoso - 0-7 was put on the score board in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Metapalo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Gavino Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavino Belarmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 92nd minute of the match. The Uruguay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Metapalo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Metapalo FC.
