Kamionka Death SquaD's Jerzy Tamulewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jerzy Tamulewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jerzy Tamulewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kasper Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 9 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felix Montenegro. Jerzy Tamulewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Jerzy Tamulewicz in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jerzy Tamulewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Kasper Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerzy Tamulewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Jerzy Tamulewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Beckham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Heiko Sibon who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Andrea Heraso. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 45th minute, Jerzy Tamulewicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Kasper Schmeichel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Kamionka Death SquaD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Kamionka Death SquaD's Kasper Schmeichel managed to reach the ball for a save. Jerzy Tamulewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Kamionka Death SquaD's Jerzy Tamulewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kasper Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Kamionka Death SquaD's Marcin Wielopolski was substituted for Jerzy Tamulewicz. Kamionka Death SquaD's Damian Rydz was substituted for Waldemar Grabowicz. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Kamionka Death SquaD's Marcin Wielopolski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Kasper Schmeichel made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Marcin Wielopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Marcin Wielopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Wielopolski in the 80th minute of play. Kamionka Death SquaD's Silvestre Tonio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Primitivo Andino, made in the 83rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Marcin Wielopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Marcin Wielopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Andino made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kamionka Death SquaD's Silvestre Tonio. Marcin Wielopolski might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcin Wielopolski ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Wielopolski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcin Wielopolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cruz Beckham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The Kamionka Death SquaD support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
