Horacio Bernaldo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Andres Tavio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Centenario Bohemio's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Tavio came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Tavio saved Centenario Bohemio from getting behind. Leonardo Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Centenario Bohemio's Matías Donato got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio. Andres Tavio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andres Tavio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. Matías Donato in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leonardo Flores's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Flores helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Centenario Bohemio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Flores to maneuver through the defense. Andres Tavio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Felix Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Andres Tavio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Andres Tavio managed to make a qualified save. Centenario Bohemio's players were relieved. Andres Tavio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Andres Tavio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Andres Tavio in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Tavio having to interfere. Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Centenario Bohemio from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andres Tavio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The attack was good, but when Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Centenario Bohemio from getting a goal against them. After having played for 67 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Donato in the 69th minute of play. Matías Molina charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matías Molina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Centenario Bohemio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Molina to maneuver through the defense. Matías Molina kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andres Tavio came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 85th minute. Leonardo Flores got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Leonardo Flores hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Andres Tavio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 93 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centenario Bohemio the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador played a much better game than Centenario Bohemio and deserved their victory. The Centenario Bohemio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
