Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matías Donato started the match with the kick off. Matías Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andres Tavio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Andres Tavio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Berterame came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Tavio. Andres Tavio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play forced Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Andres Tavio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Berterame had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonzalo Berterame was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Centenario Bohemio's goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Tavio having to interfere. Matías Molina hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Federico Bizāns kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

51 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Andres Tavio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 52nd minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Andres Tavio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andres Tavio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play. Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Centenario Bohemio from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Centenario Bohemio defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Tavio. The Centenario Bohemio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Tavio should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andres Tavio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Berterame in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Centenario Bohemio's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Centenario Bohemio's Andres Tavio did a great save. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Centenario Bohemio's Matías Donato. But to his dismay, Matías Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Centenario Bohemio made a substitution. Luís Eduardo López replaced Matías Donato. 75 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Andres Tavio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mauro Fontanini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Tavio made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Centenario Bohemio getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Leonardo Flores hit a great ball. Andres Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 82nd minute of the match. Andres Tavio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Andres Tavio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Andres Tavio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Centenario Bohemio's Matías Molina tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Centenario Bohemio throughout the match.
