Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Julian Murillo made the kick off which started today's match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uriel Lano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin-Daniel Palermo in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play forced CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's goalkeeper Uriel Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Liberto. 34 minutes into the game, Peru's Milagros Fraga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uriel Lano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Bartoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Uriel Lano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. After 46 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Fraga. In the 47th minute of the match Flavio Escobar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Noboa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Peru were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Uriel Lano had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Luz Tejedor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Martin-Daniel Palermo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 had won after a very even match.
