With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Eibar 09-12-18's Anacleto Guillerme fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alan Tamayo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Thiago Pliego. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 11th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Xavier Figueroa got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 16 minutes into the match. 高义帆 came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thiago Pliego could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play forced Eibar 09-12-18's goalkeeper Esteban Dimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Boğaçhan Arıkhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Eibar 09-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Esteban Dimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Anacleto Guillerme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteban Dimo having to make a save. Boğaçhan Arıkhan kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 高义帆 in the 47th minute of play. Esteban Dimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. Esteban Dimo made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Chile booed when Eibar 09-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Esteban Dimo made a huge save. In the 58th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Guillermo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. In the 71st minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Esteban Dimo. Esteban Dimo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Eibar 09-12-18's Alfred Velez was substituted for 高义帆. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Esteban Dimo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Francisco Carballar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alfred Velez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eibar 09-12-18's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Velez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robustiano Ovando kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Eibar 09-12-18's Anacleto Guillerme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Eibar 09-12-18's zone, Orlando Casaus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Dimo came out of the goal and Orlando Casaus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteban Dimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Eibar 09-12-18 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
