Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Dixon in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Bernardo Raggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Canada were awarded a corner. Koby Wright went to the cornerflag to take it. Richard Mccarthy made a great header on Canada's corner, it was just that Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio managed to reach the ball for a save. Richard Mccarthy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Raggio having to make a save. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. A nice corner shot did that Jan Dixon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardo Raggio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belgrano de Pibasog's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Dixon was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Canada's Luka Harris getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 67th minute Luka Harris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgrano de Pibasog's Iulian Ilinca was substituted for Judas Verón. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Dixon in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Belgrano de Pibasog's zone, Richard Mccarthy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Raggio came out of the goal and Richard Mccarthy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Canada were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Belgrano de Pibasog to leave the ground with a draw.
