But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Real Academia Serengetti booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Carballal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Emesto in the 29th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Academia Serengetti's Alfonso Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Rodrigo Abeijon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Rodrigo Abeijon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Academia Serengetti's Alfonso Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Francisco Seco sped through Real Academia Serengetti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfonso Polo. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 82nd minute, Uruguay's Francisco Seco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. After 86 played minutes Real Academia Serengetti got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Cordairo. After 88 minutes, Americo Ferrer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Academia Serengetti and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Americo Ferrer hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Alfonso Polo made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
