Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 冯昂西 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 44 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got 郭森霆 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 严邦朋 in the 53rd minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 郭森霆 having to interfere. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. 郭森霆 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Olender in the 70th minute of the match. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 严邦朋 in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard and well directed shot from Isidoro Caitano led 97 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 5-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. 【FLY】輝煌16人￠2004 fully deserved thier win.
