Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Louison Gaulier got the match started through his kick off. Stanislas Ripoll kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play forced LE TALADRO F.C's goalkeeper Lilian Montane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilian Montane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. LE TALADRO F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lilian Montane was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. LE TALADRO F.C's Lilian Montane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilian Montane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lilian Montane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louison Gaulier in the 27th minute of play. Brendan Saint-Germain's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brendan Saint-Germain helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, LE TALADRO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brendan Saint-Germain to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, LE TALADRO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Lilian Montane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilian Montane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LE TALADRO F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lilian Montane having to interfere. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. After 47 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lilian Montane quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Louison Gaulier struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LE TALADRO F.C. Stanislas Ripoll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LE TALADRO F.C made a substitution. Steevy Ferlay replaced Jean-Cyrille Mbaegbu. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Courrier's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Courrier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute, Thomas Courrier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Bronder in the 80th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lilian Montane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Bronder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Bronder in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when LE TALADRO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claude Arrault didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steevy Ferlay in the 92nd minute of play. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, LE TALADRO F.C's Steevy Ferlay broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
