Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Serginho Chulapa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Serginho Chulapa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evangel FC's Serginho Chulapa got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zackary Sampson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. Evangel FC's Dallas Sinclair managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Carvallo in the 16 minute of the game. Royce Kay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Serginho Chulapa came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Arturo Carvallo in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Evangel FC's Dallas Sinclair. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Serginho Chulapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th minute Serginho Chulapa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Arturo Carvallo in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Evangel FC's Dallas Sinclair. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serginho Chulapa, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zackary Sampson having to interfere. Evangel FC's attentive Dallas Sinclair managed to snatch the ball when Arturo Carvallo made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serginho Chulapa. In the 39th minute, Arturo Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serginho Chulapa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Evangel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Cornelius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 58th minute Serginho Chulapa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serginho Chulapa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Genaro Cornelius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Evangel FC made a substitution. Terrence Perkins replaced Serginho Chulapa. In the 70th minute, Terrence Perkins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Evangel FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Evangel FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Reed Finn in the 75th minute. Evangel FC's attentive Dallas Sinclair managed to snatch the ball when Arturo Carvallo made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Royce Kay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terrence Perkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Zackary Sampson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Evangel FC's attentive Dallas Sinclair managed to snatch the ball when Arturo Carvallo made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. Terrence Perkins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Evangel FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Uruguay for much of the match.
