The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Ruperto Fidele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 陈默兴 in the 33rd minute of play. ATOWN's Ruperto Fidele got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, 陈默兴 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 陈默兴 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 48th minute, Milagros Cabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Fidele in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute ATOWN were awarded a corner. Ruperto Fidele went to the cornerflag to take it. Volmer Houland hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gabriel Ingmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Amador Normando in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Ingmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmundo Espiga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 82nd minute. After 85 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. After 92 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
