Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Serginho Chulapa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serginho Chulapa went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Serginho Chulapa put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. The audience was convinced that Serginho Chulapa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Royce Kay came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Evangel FC's Serginho Chulapa. But to his dismay, Serginho Chulapa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Serginho Chulapa came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Evangel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serginho Chulapa couldn't finish the play. Evangel FC's Royce Kay got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Serginho Chulapa came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Evangel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serginho Chulapa couldn't finish the play. Serginho Chulapa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serginho Chulapa in the 43rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Evangel FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Puig fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Serginho Chulapa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Serginho Chulapa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Serginho Chulapa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 64th minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serginho Chulapa in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Serginho Chulapa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-8 in the 67 minute of play. Evangel FC made a substitution. Albert Jarrell replaced Georg Ulrich Hendrickson. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Evangel FC's Royce Kay. But to his dismay, Royce Kay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Evangel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terrence Perkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terrence Perkins might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terrence Perkins ran back to his position shaking his head. After 84 played minutes Evangel FC got a freekick which was hit by Terry Lusk. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Terrence Perkins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evangel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrence Perkins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Evangel FC made a substitution. Neil Whittaker replaced Elliott Fuller. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Terrence Perkins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terrence Perkins had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Evangel FC's Dallas Sinclair managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 95 minute of the game. Terrence Perkins succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-13 in the 96th playminute. Evangel FC played a much better game than Costa Rica and deserved their victory. The Costa Rica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
