In the 4th minute, Tomas Berganza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Caio Ferreira. The goal made the score 1-0. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Teodoro de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Qjos MiLLano's Paulinho Pires got a free kick in the 10th minute. Abraham Alguacil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Caio Ferreira. Qjos MiLLano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dylan Sarmiento the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Panama protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dylan Sarmiento had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Panama! In the 14th minute there was a penalty for Qjos MiLLano. Maicon Torres stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Cotilla. 1-1. After 16 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Garrido. Panama's Alberto Sainz was substituted for Matthew Garrido. 22 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Caio Ferreira, 2-1. In the 24th minute, Magno Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Emilio Manhood notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Manhood's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio Manhood helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cléberson Zanette in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Panama booed when Qjos MiLLano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Manhood didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Patricio Manni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After a rather tough play, Qjos MiLLano's Emilio Manhood got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 45th minute of play forced Qjos MiLLano's goalkeeper Caio Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Manni made a kick off. Ademir de Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ademir de Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Qjos MiLLano's Caio Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 65th minute of play. Caio Ferreira came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. A collision led to Qjos MiLLano getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Magno Leite hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caio Ferreira was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cléberson Zanette showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 81 minute of play. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Qjos MiLLano booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Sainz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 89th minute. Qjos MiLLano's Maicon Torres couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Panama. After a defensive mix-up in Qjos MiLLano's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Ferreira came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Qjos MiLLano getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Emilio Manhood hit a great ball. Qjos MiLLano were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Panama's much stronger midfield.
