Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Güneş Süleyman started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güneş Süleyman in the 10th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Çavuş came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Gunnar Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Uyaralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güneş Süleyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güneş Süleyman's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hilmi Uyaralp was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Uyaralp in the 36th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a huge save. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Hilmi Uyaralp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 53rd minute of play. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy having to make a save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilmi Uyaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan in the 58th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mexico's goalie and right to Gunnar Nordin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mexico's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 61stth minute of the game Luca Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 73 minutes into the match, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 74th minute. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Hilmi Uyaralp scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 2-2.
