Spectators: 48 (Terracing: 37, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Sävedalen booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Per-Olof Collin made a precise shot to the right of Rene Higuita. Club Ibiza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Per-Olof Collin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Higuita was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 12th minute Bruno Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Durr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 14 minutes, Per-Olof Collin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sävedalen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Olof Collin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Ibiza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A.J. 孙权 was slow to take the kick. During this time Sävedalen's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Per-Olof Collin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rene Higuita quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Club Ibiza's Rene Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Junior in the 22nd minute of play. Rene Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Junior Junior in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Junior Junior in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Higuita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Torsten Ekeroth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Higuita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mariano Ireno lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Club Ibiza's Rene Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Collin in the 36th minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Sävedalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatan Mittman to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Junior Junior made a kick off. Junior Junior's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Rene Higuita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bruno Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Isaltino Durr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sävedalen made a substitution. Grzegorz Gdaniec replaced Torsten Ekeroth. Sävedalen made a substitution. Eliseu Fernandez replaced Per-Olof Collin. Club Ibiza made a substitution. After 87 minutes Sävedalen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wolfgang Zufferey who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Rafa Marques drilling the ball in to score 2-2 behind Sävedalen's goalkeeper. Rene Higuita was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Grzegorz Gdaniec capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grzegorz Gdaniec really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The Sävedalen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sävedalen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
