Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mark Ambjörnsson started the match with the kick off. Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Challestone S.C.'s Robert Prosinečki got a free kick in the 6th minute. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play. Peru's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Mark Ambjörnsson scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Noboa, making the score, 2-0. Pepe Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pepe Pancho was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Mark Ambjörnsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luz Tejedor to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Ambjörnsson in the 45th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Mel, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Prosinečki in the 52nd minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Ambjörnsson in the 53rd minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Segundo Frichoso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 58th match minute, Challestone S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rio Ferdinand to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 59th minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pepe Pancho made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Pancho having to interfere. In the 76th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Frichoso made in the 78th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Robert Prosinečki. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Prosinečki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Pepe Pancho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 91st match minute, Challestone S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Yuan to maneuver through the defense. Challestone S.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Pepe Pancho, making the score, 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Challestone S.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peru had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
