After 10 minutes of play, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Roy Makaay made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kıraç Uskan might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kıraç Uskan ran back to his position shaking his head. Kıraç Uskan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Tang Qian Xiong made in the 20th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Guo Ao. In the 26thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villaverde Celeste Clube's Nenko Reza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 33 minutes into the game, Luis Cazalla threw the ball into play from the sideline. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 60th minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Nenko Reza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Makaay came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Makaay in the 63rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Luis Cazalla threw the ball into play from the sideline.
