Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Mörknäs Electric Vikings getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Peter Falck hit a great ball. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Cesar Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Domingues in the 10th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Domingues came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Ryberg kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Efraim Gilabert with Milagros Fraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Lidberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mörknäs Electric Vikings's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Lidberg came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play forced Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Gunnar Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Domingues didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 26th minute. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Gunnar Lidberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of the match. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gunnar Lidberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalie and right to Emmanuel Reyes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 43rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Fraga. In the 60th minute, Peru's Eliseo Mina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gunnar Lidberg. Gunnar Lidberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Domingues in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Cesar Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Jack Ekenberg was substituted for Cesar Domingues. Mörknäs Electric Vikings made a substitution. Niclas Svanström replaced Per-Arne Åström. Luz Tejedor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Lidberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Gunnar Lidberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 81st minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Ekenberg in the 84th minute of play. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gunnar Lidberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The audience was convinced that Rafael Gallo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Lidberg was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
