In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! After a long run with the ball, Benny Koks did a trick in the 22nd minute in front of Venezuela's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Giammaria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Koks came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute of the match ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benny Koks ran over to the corner to take the kick. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s Aurelio Giammaria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. C.J. 吕布 didn't get a good kick on the ball.
