In the 9th minute Valentin Negroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Carvallo's late challenge caught a Metapalo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Carvallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Tytus Jaszcz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Roni Arisandy came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuel Ocampo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Ocampo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 33rd minute, Roni Arisandy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Metapalo FC's Valentin Negroni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 36th minute, Tytus Jaszcz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Metapalo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When Metapalo FC's Valentin Negroni in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. In the 42nd minute, Tytus Jaszcz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Negroni in the 46th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Villa to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tytus Jaszcz. After 56 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Valentin Negroni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Valentin Negroni dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 0-7. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Tytus Jaszcz scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 0-8. Metapalo FC's Bengt-Arne Thedin suffered a sore thigh after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sebastian Villa's late challenge caught a Metapalo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Villa helped the player get up and apologised. Tytus Jaszcz came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lautaro Navarro could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The goalkeeper, Lautaro Navarro, was totally fooled by Metapalo FC's Toto Fabri, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Jaszcz in the 90th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Valentin Negroni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Roni Arisandy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
