With a little luck, Limhamns Stjärnor's Gustaf Sjödin got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustaf Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Moises Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Gustaf Sjödin. Limhamns Stjärnor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Limhamns Stjärnor's Ove Dahlbom got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Limhamns Stjärnor's goalkeeper Gustaf Sjödin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Espinar. Gustaf Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olle Knutsson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gustaf Sjödin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Emil Dahlbom in the 23rd minute of play. Gustaf Sjödin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Villa's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After taking down the ball on Limhamns Stjärnor's corner Ove Dahlbom fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. Limhamns Stjärnor's Gustaf Sjödin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 35th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Gustaf Sjödin made a huge save. Gustaf Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Dahlbom to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Limhamns Stjärnor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Drake to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gustaf Sjödin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Limhamns Stjärnor. Ove Dahlbom stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 2-1. Olle Knutsson charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olle Knutsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Olof Holmberg went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moises Tafalla in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Sjödin saved Limhamns Stjärnor from getting behind. 78 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Gustaf Sjödin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Sjödin having to interfere. When Christian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After 89 minutes, Ivan Navarro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Limhamns Stjärnor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Dahlbom came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Dahlbom in the 99th minute of play. Honduras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
