Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Rômulo Neiva made a huge save. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mukifus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Rômulo Neiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rômulo Neiva made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Jaime Carro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rômulo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 29th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Hudson in the 30th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Rômulo Neiva successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 37 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Hudson came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rômulo Neiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 40th minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Hudson in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rômulo Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Mukifus FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Rômulo Neiva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Woody Vaquero hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 61st minute of play. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rômulo Neiva. Rômulo Neiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo Neiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mukifus FSCMZ's Jozef Botto was substituted for Thiago Hudson. Mukifus FSCMZ's attentive Woody Vaquero managed to snatch the ball when Milagros Fraga made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. Jozef Botto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jozef Botto in the 74th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jozef Botto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jozef Botto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 77 minute of play. In the 81st minute Jozef Botto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Mukifus FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fulgencio Furman took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Zynek in the 90th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cássio Vidal, made in the 92nd minute of the game. 92 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rômulo Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
