Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Campeones del Mundo's Fulgencio Ferrer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Guillermo Gorosti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Campeones del Mundo's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Igon came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Campeones del Mundo's Grant Verga got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 16th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fulgencio Ferrer sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 26 minutes into the match, Emilio Sugoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Gaston Lucila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Gaston Lucila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Fulgencio Ferrer scored 3-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute, Guillermo Gorosti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led Campeones del Mundo's Guillermo Gorosti to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 50th minute, Mani Cero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Daniel Igon made a huge save. When Guillermo Gorosti came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Campeones del Mundo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Gorosti couldn't finish the play. Campeones del Mundo's Daniel Igon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Campeones del Mundo from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Fulgencio Ferrer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After 67 minutes, Fulgencio Ferrer made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Daniel Igon was a little too slow when Tomas Illescas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 5-1. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Mani Cero with Fulgencio Ferrer as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Daniel Igon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Campeones del Mundo were awarded a corner. Guillermo Gorosti went to the cornerflag to take it. Eusebio Afonso made a great header on Campeones del Mundo's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Guillermo Gorosti's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Gorosti helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Campeones del Mundo's Guillermo Gorosti got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Campeones del Mundo's Daniel Igon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Campeones del Mundo from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Campeones del Mundo had won after a very even match.
