Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolândia Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rasmus Björn in the 7th minute. Rasmus Björn made a great header on Rolândia Esporte Clube's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Aguiar in the 8th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Totte Spursø in the 22nd minute of play. Christiano Aguiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After 34 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rasmus Björn who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Rasmus Björn almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeca Fernandez went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Raffael Quiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raffael Quiroga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rolândia Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Christiano Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Christiano Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rolândia Esporte Clube's Enio Duarte was substituted for Sidnei Meira. The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raffael Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rasmus Björn who took care of the corner kick. When André Sörman came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Rolândia Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Sörman couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Fernandez in the 75th minute of the match. If Totte Spursø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 80 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. 81 minutes into the match, Rolândia Esporte Clube's Zeca Fernandez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute Totte Spursø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Rolândia Esporte Clube's Zeca Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 minutes, Totte Spursø mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rolândia Esporte Clube and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Totte Spursø kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Rolândia Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
