Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. In the 8th minute Betão Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Fontirroig to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Clayton Sergi came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Tony Chaves made a huge save. In the 27th minute of the match SE Palestra Itália got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bruno Dias ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bruno Dias made a great header on SE Palestra Itália's corner, it was just that Chile's Thiago Pliego managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Casaus got free with Tony Chaves in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cesinha Vale was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, one of SE Palestra Itália:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. SE Palestra Itália:s Tony Chaves showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Lacasa:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Lacasa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tony Chaves. That made the score 2-0 in the 44 minute of play. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Betão Vargas to strike the kick off in the second half. Tony Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Chile got a corner. SE Palestra Itália's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Chile's Mariano Lacasa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tony Chaves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. SE Palestra Itália made a substitution. Richard Mendes replaced Clayton Sergi. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Chaves. Tony Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Tony Chaves came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 78 played minutes SE Palestra Itália got a freekick which was hit by Edson Fernandes. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tony Chaves. In the 82nd minute of the match Guillermo Fontirroig sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tony Chaves skillfully saved the ball. Caetano Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Tony Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Jose Manzanedo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Richard Mendes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thiago Pliego skillfully saved the ball. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tony Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Chaves came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0.
