Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cuero Buseth made the kick off and thus started the match. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Wilbert Ugalde elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Valentín Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentín Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Cuero Buseth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cuero Buseth really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Honduras's attentive Moises Tafalla managed to snatch the ball when Piarres Cabredo made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. Cuero Buseth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Cuero Buseth might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cuero Buseth ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuero Buseth in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cuero Buseth in the 37th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cuero Buseth might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cuero Buseth ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuero Buseth in the 39th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuero Buseth, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Alvi Verde's Cuero Buseth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Cuero Buseth came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentín Carvallo got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Edmundo Espiga's late challenge caught a Alvi Verde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alvi Verde booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Alvi Verde's Cuero Buseth made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honduras's Edmundo Espiga quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Piarres Cabredo, made in the 63rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cuero Buseth in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute of the game Jorge Mattos made a throw-in which Rodolfo Perfecto played forward. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 71st minute. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvi Verde's Rodolfo Perfecto. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Perfecto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Rodolfo Perfecto sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. After 80 minutes of play, Alvi Verde's Piarres Cabredo made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilbert Ugalde took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. 95 minutes into the game, Alvi Verde's Rodolfo Perfecto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. Alvi Verde's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
