After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Haroldo Martxot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Martxot in the 65th minute of the match. After 66 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Haroldo Martxot who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Errapel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Jonathan Errapel however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Transito in the 72nd minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Transito in the 73rd minute of the match. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Maradona from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Errapel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 80 minute of play. After 87 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. 96 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
