Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Diego Rotondi got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Epigonoi Kouches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Epigonoi Kouches sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Diego Rotondi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. bicho colorado's Adan Rafel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Celedonio Omero tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Diego Rotondi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Rotondi came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of play forced bicho colorado's goalkeeper Adan Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Epigonoi Kouches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Rotondi in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diego Rotondi was slow to take the kick. During this time bicho colorado's players had a chance to rest. bicho colorado's Diego Rotondi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Rotondi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When bicho colorado's Diego Rotondi in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Epigonoi Kouches stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Epigonoi Kouches tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of bicho colorado booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Rotondi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Mina was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of bicho colorado:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 77th minute of play forced bicho colorado's goalkeeper Adan Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Epigonoi Kouches cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of bicho colorado booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Rotondi in the 90th minute of play. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
