Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Lilian Montane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Gaona in the 7th minute. When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louison Gaulier in the 20th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lilian Montane. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 24th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of play forced LE TALADRO F.C's goalkeeper Lilian Montane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Cyrille Mbaegbu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. In the 36th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Louison Gaulier came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Louison Gaulier to strike the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Alexandre Grave in the 54th minute really tested Dante Lacasa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Mexico a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Joel Gaona, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LE TALADRO F.C's Lilian Montane. 3-0. Lilian Montane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 68th minute of the match. Brendan Saint-Germain kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. LE TALADRO F.C made a substitution. Zula Bronder replaced Louison Gaulier. Brendan Saint-Germain hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilian Montane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 85th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. LE TALADRO F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lilian Montane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steevy Ferlay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mexico booed when LE TALADRO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislas Ripoll didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lilian Montane saved LE TALADRO F.C from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Facundo Cadaval struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Lilian Montane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
