The supporters of Boreham Wood FC booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafal Dresik kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Sitko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Villa hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Alfredo Ferrant was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Sitko in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Sitko in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Freixa saved Bolivia from getting behind. Camilo Freixa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karol Sitko's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Karol Sitko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karol Sitko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joshua Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Sitko, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Boreham Wood FC's Juliusz Popowicz got a free kick in the 57th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Fontirroig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Sakowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Eduardo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Ferrant in the 78th minute of play. When Miroslaw Mindykowski fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boreham Wood FC's protests and gave Miroslaw Mindykowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Boreham Wood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Mindykowski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 81 minutes, Mario Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
