Panda Isdiantono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. In the 13th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panda Isdiantono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Juan-Alfredo Blazquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panda Isdiantono came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panda Isdiantono read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After 27 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urmet Karja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Placido Sauca who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when A.C. AUDAX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anaia Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panda Isdiantono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of the match. Iñaki Carrasco kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takis Trigonakis in the 54th minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Panda Isdiantono made a huge save. After a rather tough play, A.C. AUDAX's Anaia Martinez got a free kick in the 58th minute. Gaizka Ucero hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Panda Isdiantono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Panda Isdiantono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Takis Trigonakis hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Iñaki Carrasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zhan Kehayov came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takis Trigonakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panda Isdiantono having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, A.C. AUDAX's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Panda Isdiantono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panda Isdiantono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing A.C. AUDAX to leave the ground with a draw.
